👋 Hi RevGenius, I’m Robin Callender, founder of ZeroNormal. After 20+ years in enterprise SaaS sales, I’ve noticed something: Revenue doesn’t usually break because the team is lazy. It breaks because the sales motion lacks execution discipline.
Weak qualification.
Poor champion development.
Single-threaded deals.
No clear urgency.
Activity mistaken for progress.
That’s where revenue starts leaking. I've built the ZeroNormal website and Revenue Execution Assessment for founder-led and growth-stage B2B companies and would love feedback from this community. zeronormal.com What resonates? What’s unclear? What would you improve? Thanks and if anyone wants to connect directly. Please reach out.
Welcome Robin C. 👋 Had a look at ZeroNormal and the core thinking is strong. Feels like the bigger opportunity is making that thought easier to find outside your homepage, especially around forecast confidence and deal inspection. The positioning itself is strong but theres more room to turn it into search/AI surfaces buyers can actually discover. Hope this helps. 🙌
Thanks, Zeeshan. I really appreciate you taking the time to look through it and share the feedback. I think your point is spot on. I’ve spent a lot of time focused on refining the thinking, the assessment, and the positioning, but now the challenge is making those ideas easier to discover and understand outside of the website itself. I’ve started working on that through LinkedIn and sharing more of the underlying concepts around revenue clarity, deal inspection, and forecast confidence. That said, I’m still learning as I go, so I’m definitely open to any recommendations on channels, content, communities, or approaches you’ve seen work well for getting these kinds of ideas in front of the right audience. Appreciate the insight and the welcome. 🙌
