Building a Shared AI Memory to Preserve Context Across Multiple Models and Teams
Been noticing this everywhere lately, sales, ops, eng, marketing, doesn’t matter the team. Someone builds up real context with one AI model. Research, drafts, reasoning, the whole thing. Then they hit a wall (model runs out of room, or they need a different tool) and suddenly they’re copy-pasting everything into another model. And half of it just gets lost along the way. So I’ve been building something for this. Basically one shared memory that stays put no matter which AI model you’re using that day. Sales doesn’t lose the context ops already built. You stop re-explaining yourself from scratch every time you switch tools. Honestly curious how common this is though, how many times a week do you find yourself re-explaining the same context to a different AI tool? Drop a number, want to see if this is just me or everyone’s dealing with it.
