Introducing P8: An AI-Driven Growth System Seeking Product Managers for Collaboration and Feedback

Hi everyone! My team and I have relaunched and revamped P8: p8.ainavi.co.uk P8 is an agentic growth system for continuous product and marketing optimisation. simply: it turns everything you’re already capturing: customer calls, feedback, analytics and other data into clear actions that drive revenue. It's basically a bunch of AI agents configured with the expertise and thinking of senior growth and marketing leaders for teams that know they need a better system for growth but don’t yet have the time, people or resources to build one themselves. Interestingly, the idea started because we needed a product manager ourselves. At the time, hiring one didn’t make sense for our priorities or budget, so we started building the system we wished we had, essentially an AI product manager. But we also recognise where our own expertise has limits, particularly when it comes to shaping the product into something genuinely excellent for product teams. So we're now looking to work with product managers and fractional product leaders who can help us sharpen the product and challenge our thinking.
