Seeking Feedback on AI Agent Adoption Challenges in Marketing and Sales
Hi everyone — I’m doing user research on a GTM and revenue efficiency problem: when you need an AI agent or automation for real work, how do you discover the right option, evaluate it confidently, and roll it out without creating risk or extra busywork? From a few early conversations, it sounds like everyone’s experimenting, but the “decision to adoption” path is messy. There are too many options, workflows are hard to compare, and “works in a demo” often breaks when real data, handoffs, or ongoing maintenance shows up. ROI is also hard to prove upfront, and concerns like permissions, data handling, and reliability can stop adoption even when the use case is clear. I’m building Fiow — an AI agent marketplace plus a guided flow to match people with the best agent for their job — and I’m trying to learn what your current process looks like (who influences the decision, what kills the deal, and what would make you willing to pay). If you’re US-based and work in marketing, sales, or you run a small business, I’d really appreciate a quick anonymous survey. It takes 3 to 5 minutes. If links are ok here: https://fiow.ai/dev
