Introduction from Jai, Founder of Better and Operate, Seeking Networking and GTM Insights

Hi 👋 , I am Jai , founder of Better, a software and growth agency built over the past 8 years into a ~30-person organization serving technology companies. Drawing on patterns observed across every engagement, I am now building Operate — a self-hosted AI agent platform that resolves production incidents end-to-end, giving engineering teams 30–40% of their capacity back. Operate is currently piloting with US engineering teams. Beyond technology, my wife and I run Champions Studio — a 7,000 sq ft kids development club in C-Scheme, Jaipur, built around physical activity, learning, and community. My primary goal is to network, and learn from community around GTM, and also available to help wherever I can.
