Currently running signal-based outbound, plus building an affiliate & agency program with martech folks. Recently built an agent on Claude Code that goes through your product's signup, onboarding, and activation flow and surfaces the exact friction points. Would love to hear from anyone who's made agency/partner-led program & content actually work.
