Strategies to Attract VP-Level Executives to an Executive Dinner

Hello Everyone, I want to host an executive dinner for VP level executives (Persona is AI/ML Leaders) — it's difficult for people to say Yes to these events. So trying to see how I can get more people here. Companies I am targeting are all 10+B market cap companies — so large enterprises Any out of the box ideas or suggestions? What would get them to say a yes. We will book — fancy restaurant, get them a car, bring in some customers, etc — keen to hear more ideas!
