Meet Hannah: Lead Consultant, Advocate for Women in Tech

Hey everyone! I'm Hannah, a Lead Consultant at Addition+! You may have seen me come across your FYP on LinkedIn as The Caffeinated Recruiter! Here's a little highlight reel to get to know me and I can't wait to connect with you all! Professionally: ☕ I was recognised by Atlas as 5th Leader out of 500,000 consultants on the Elite100 Recruitment Leaders list. ☕ I'm an active voice in the Women in STEM/Tech space, attending, hosting and speaking at events to help drive D&I in global organisations. I love any opportunity to use my knowledge to give back to women at various stages of their careers and advocate for giving back to my community. ☕ I support leaders with D&I strategy, unconscious bias training, designing inclusive interview processes and retaining neurodiverse talent. ☕ I'm a finalist for the Global Recruiter Awards next month, how exciting! Personally: ❤️ I'm a coffee addict, independent shops only! I love any opportunity to talk about coffee beans from around the world, great roasters and anything coffee-related! ❤️ I'm covered in tattoos and proud.
