Hello everyone 👋 I’m Amina! Senior Customer Success Manager EMEA in hospitality tech (Winnow; AI platform helping commercial kitchens monitor and reduce food waste) 📍 Based in Dubai 💼 I’ve spent the last 9 years in Customer Success within hospitality tech. I was the first CS hire for MENA at Winnow, and that’s grown into leading over 300+ hotel locations across 40+ countries, working closely with brands like Hilton, Marriott, Jumeirah, and Kerzner. ⚙️ I’m big on relationships (the kind where your clients become your people 😅), but equally obsessed with building systems that actually scale. Right now I’m especially interested in how teams are using automation to reduce operational load without losing that human touch. 🌱 Here to learn from operators who’ve figured out how to scale CS in a way that’s structured and sustainable.
