I recently pivoted my startup from a "AI Reasoning CRM" to focusing entirely on "Lost Deal Recovery".
Why the pivot? Because I learned the hard way that AEs hate being micromanaged by a bot during calls . But we discovered that digging through the "Closed-Lost" graveyard is where the actual hidden revenue lives.
