Meet Sara: Fractional COO & Business Strategist in NYC

Hi everyone 👋 I’m Sara, based in Connecticut but in NYC all the time. I help entrepreneurs in the creator economy and brands run smarter and show up stronger. On one side, I work as a Fractional COO and business strategist, putting the right systems in place so businesses can scale sustainably. On the other, I’m a partner in my family’s business, where we help companies with branded merchandise and custom products including promo items, apparel, packaging, event gear, and more. We support everything from employee onboarding and corporate gifting to PR boxes, events, and consumer activations that bring experiential marketing to life, helping brands show up in the real world in ways people remember. I also spent more than a decade in business and estate law, which gave me a strong foundation in how to build for the long term and protect what you've built. Bringing all of this together, I focus on helping businesses not just operate well but also connect with their audiences in meaningful, lasting ways. On the community side, I run Next Stop: IRL, a Substack that curates a list of NYC events for people in and around the creator economy.
