I'm Joy, currently working in Sales & Process Excellence at Cent Health. 📍 I live in Bengaluru, India originally from Kolkata. 💼 Before this: I've worked across sales, retail, insurance, and operations, including managing retail outlets and building field-sales processes from the ground up. I've also co-founded a virtual assistant business. 🧠 Mostly here to: Understand how modern GTM actually works, especially the intersection of sales, technology, data, and operations.
