Scaling from Founder-Led Growth to a Repeatable Go-to-Market Engine at Ciphrix
Hey everyone 👋 I’m Anish, founder at Ciphrix. 🔗 Building: ciphrix.com 🔗 Connect with me: linkedin.com/in/anishmohile Right now I’m deep in the GTM trenches, figuring out how to scale from founder-led growth into a repeatable engine. We’re an early-stage company with double digit customers today, mostly acquired founder-led. The challenge front and center to me today is I’m working through moving from the feast-or-famine cycle of founder led GTM into something more consistent. I’d love to connect with people in the community who have recently solved this problem. AI has made it easy to generate more activity, but is creating more noise too. Keen to learn how others have still create real conversations with founders and mid-market execs. Happy to swap notes, share what we’ve learned so far, and learn from anyone who has cracked this. For fun: I’m a sci-fi and futurology nerd. I can disappear into conversations about where technology is heading. I also spend way too much time trying to make great espresso on a machine that has no business producing good coffee ☕
