Introducing Level 3 Sales Coaching: Driving Real Behavior Change in B2B Sales Development

Hey everyone — I'm Jenna Deyle, founder of Level 3 Sales Coaching. I just left Fastenal at the end of July after 15 years in industrial distribution, the last four of which I spent designing and running sales talent development for nearly 900 employees across four states. I loved that work enough that I decided to go do it for more people. The name comes from Kirkpatrick's four levels of L&D measurement — most training stops at Level 1 (did they like it) or Level 2 (did they learn something). Level 3 is behavior change: do they actually do something differently in the field? That's the only question I'm interested in. I work with manufacturers, distributors, and B2B sales organizations that are tired of training days that don't stick. I also offer one on one coaching for sales reps, managers or solopreneurs who need some extra help building their sales muscles.
