Introducing Tamal from Elegant: Insights on CRM Challenges for B2B Product UI Teams
👋 I’m Tamal, founder of Elegant. We’re a software and design studio, mostly building product UI for B2B companies in the US. 📍 Dhaka, Bangladesh 🔗 Connect with me on LinkedIn - linkedin.com/in/abstamal 🎭 For fun: travelling, sleeping, PS5, and pretty much any game indoors or out. ✈️ Anywhere in the world, honestly. What brought me here: We couldn’t find a CRM our own team would actually open, so I read about 180 reviews of a well-funded one to check whether it was just us. It wasn’t. Happy to share what came out of that if it’s useful to anyone. Mostly here to listen, though. I’ve never carried a bag, and most of you have.
