Introducing Siddhant Mishra: Experienced Sales Professional Seeking SDR Manager Role and Community Connections

Hi everyone, I’m Siddhant Mishra, and I’ve recently joined the RevGenius community. I’m really looking forward to connecting with people across sales, revenue, GTM, and sales leadership and learning from the community. I’ve spent the last 5+ years working across sales and business development, primarily in SaaS and B2B sales, with experience across SMB and enterprise markets in India and the US. Most recently, I’ve been working with LinkedIn in the Sales Solutions organization, where I’ve been focused on Sales Navigator and helping businesses use LinkedIn more effectively for prospecting and revenue generation. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work with and learn from some great organizations, build pipeline, close business, train SDRs, and work on sales processes. Some numbers from my journey so far include $10M+ in revenue influenced, 100+ enterprise clients, $412K+ in enterprise pipeline generated at LinkedIn, and contributing to significant business growth in previous roles. One area I’ve become particularly passionate about is developing SDRs and helping sales professionals become better at prospecting, discovery, outreach, and overall sales execution. I’ve also spent time building and running SDR training initiatives, which has made me increasingly interested in sales leadership and people development. At this stage of my career, I’m looking to take the next step into a Sales Development Manager / SDR Manager role. I’d love to work with an organization where I can contribute not just as an individual seller, but also through coaching teams, building repeatable processes, improving pipeline generation, and helping SDRs grow in their careers.
