Hey everyone — I’m Muhammed, founder of The Genius Alphas, a marketing and strategy consultancy. My work evolves around growth, content systems, and community — mostly for fintech and Web3 companies navigating the gap between product-market fit and scalable distribution. A lot of what I think about: how trust gets built before conversion is even possible, why most B2B content fails at the positioning layer before it ever reaches the audience, and what makes community an actual growth lever vs. a vanity metric.
