I’m Enrico, a solo consultant bridging gaps between sales and post-sale systems

Hello everyone from sunny Australia (well not now, it's dark outside)! I am Enrico, an Italian 🇮🇹 living in Australia 🇦🇺 for a lifetime now, and mostly working with US 🇺🇸 companies (go figure!) I was made redundant from a CRM vendor, mostly in services, technical advisory, systems integrations & product improvements a while back. Turning lemons in lemonade 🍋, I started my own solo consulting business bridging gaps between sales and post sale systems. And yeah... business is challenging! It was ok for a while, but now I have to slightly re-invent myself. Marketing is hard and selling is... harder! (at least for a non-born salesman) I'm a born problem finder and... architect of solutions. Figuring it out one day at the time. I've been trying different things from mobile apps, to productised services, to partnerships and slowly getting there.
