Introduction from Alejandra: Senior Account Manager Exploring RevOps and Workflow Optimization

Helloo! I'm Alejandra, but everyone calls me either Alex or Dox 📍 I live in Honduras 💼 Current role: Working remotely with U.S. companies as a Senior Account Manager for the past 4 years. I studied architecture, but somewhere along the way I ended up building CRM workflows, AI tools, dashboards, and SOPs for roofing companies, and honestly? I loved it more than I expected. 💡 What brought me here: Honestly, curiosity. I'm the kind of person who can't stop looking for better tools, smarter workflows, and ways to make things run smoother. I stumbled into RevOps a couple of months ago, and it just clicked. Currently getting certified and excited to learn from people who've been in this space longer than me.
