Introduction from a Revenue Operations Leader Exploring New Opportunities
Hi everyone โ really happy to be here and excited to connect with you all ๐ ๐ผ What I do: Iโm a Revenue Operations leader whoโs spent my career helping growing tech companies bring clarity to the chaos โ building systems, processes, and teams that actually support the humans doing the work. I care deeply about creating structure without burning people out, and about making growth feel sustainable instead of constantly reactive. Right now Iโm putting myself out there for my next chapter โ exploring both full-time leadership roles and some fractional/advisory work โ and leaning into community while I do it. ๐ My background: 15+ years across tech and SaaS in Sales Ops, RevOps, and GTM strategy. Iโve built RevOps functions from scratch, led large Salesforce transformations, and partnered closely with CROs and CEOs through high-growth (and high-pressure) seasons. ๐ก What Iโm hoping for here: Genuine connection.
