Introducing Vire: A New Approach to Job Candidate Profiles

👋 Hey everyone! I’m Amy, founder of Vire, a platform rethinking how candidates and companies find each other. Instead of flat resumes, we create rich profiles that capture the whole person: what drives you, how you like to work, and the problems you love solving. Trying to make hiring more human and about alignment rather than key words. I’m a first-time seller (background in eng and product) and excited to have a support community to lean on. Also, I know many of you have been on the hiring or job search side, so I’m always open that type of feedback as well. Outside of building Vire, you can usually find me climbing, planning a music-festival inspired wedding, or falling down rabbit holes about climate tech.
