Product Manager Seeking New Opportunities in AI and Innovation

Hi everyone, I myself Abhishek Upadhyay currently working as Product manager in German MNC "Wika" for last more than 3 years. Also along with that i have experience in building AI startup as a CPO. I have Spearheaded product innovation team for multiple projects. Drove cross team collaboration with a team of 38 engineers & sales employees. I Defined key business objectives & success criteria. Drove roadmap & implementation to achieve strategic organizational goals. Developed and executed a go-to-market strategy that resulted in the product being featured in major tech publications. As a CPO, I built and deployed end-to-end ML products, from data preprocessing to model deployment and performance monitoring. Guide development from model experimentation to deployment and monitoring. Understand trade-offs between model accuracy, latency, and interpretability. Define metrics like precision, recall, F1 score, etc., and evaluate if the model meets real-world needs. Conduct A/B testing and user feedback loops to refine product performance. Also, Ensure the output of AI is presented in a clear, actionable, and trustworthy way to users. Currently i am actively looking for switch in the same product domain.
