New to Marketing Operations and Transitioning from the Air Force—Seeking Tips and Advice for Career Growth

What's going on everyone. I'm new here. Starting my journey into marketing. Specifically marketing operations. I'm currently in the Air Force. Been in for 13 years and have 7 years left before retirement. My goal is to learn as much as I can, gain as many quality certs as I can and build a hands on foundation as I enter sandbox mode. Hopefully I can gain enough knowledge to set myself up with a quality job in the civilian world in 7 years or so. Any tips or words of advice are greatly appreciated.
