Full stack developer with 8 years of experience available for startup projects and scaling solutions

Hey, I'm Diego, a full stack developer based in Ecuador with about 8 years of experience. I've spent most of that time helping startups get from idea to launch — usually in around 7-8 weeks — and then sticking around to help them scale. Most recently, I led a small team at a business brokerage company where we built their entire listing portal from scratch. We got load times down from 5 seconds to under a second, integrated Stripe and DocuSign, and set up proper CI/CD so deployments stopped being stressful. Before that, I worked on a fintech app at Beagle (React Native + Flutter), a legal case tracking system, and a healthcare analytics dashboard at Medtronic that had to be HIPAA-compliant. I'm comfortable across the stack — React, Next.js, Vue, Svelte on the frontend, Node.js and Python on the backend, Postgres and MongoDB for data.
