I wonder...is it that scalable used to be that the system can grow with headcount, but now perhaps, the system can grow without your headcount?

I want to bump my question up to the group- how do we define scalable now that AI is in the mix?

when we talk about scalable, what does it mean now? Pre-AI it meant that more and more people can use something easily and follow the process...but what now?

I vote outcome as well- though the journey will matter especially if there's a learning curve and requires hands on work from reps

good point Jared R. - I think it'll definitely help with accuracy, but there will still be numbers that will be so hard to pin (like forecasting...yuck)

I don't really believe in CRM systems truthfully because so much of that data is self-reported- the system of record is not accurate. However, if you're receiving signals about your customers, that info is accurate and useful.

the future of enterprise account management is where maximum revenue growth is- to know how to expand current accounts, you have to know them inside and out. Live in the customer's world. You can't do that without knowing what signals are moving your customer from a to b. No signal of growth, movement, etc. would get by you when you use Polaris I/O- those insights are at your fingertips and help you guide the conversation and your account.
