Not super familiar with Hubspot's features but I have done this for clients using other CRMs with tools like n8n / Zapier + an LLM like Claude. For general limitations / considerations I'd say if you don't give the LLM enough context the quality will degrade so draft quality depends a lot on what's in the CRM / data hygiene which is probably not very surprising.

Questions About Email Deliverability Issues and Using Similar Domains for Campaigns

Does anyone in here know a lot about email deliverability? I'm working with a client who is sending emails through Instantly and has been told by a few people they never saw their emails, yet their emails to them were marked as 'open.' They also read that using several emails / domains that are very similar to one another but with a small typo or difference is actually a red flag to email providers. Anyone have any thoughts on this?

Hey Faizan T. nice to meet you! I actually had a quick question that came up today with a client that maybe you can shed some light on. they mentioned they read somewhere that using domains / email addresses that have a typo or minor difference can actually increase spam rates because it's flagged to the email provider. is there any truth to that?
