It's a big undertaking to switch CRMs, that's historically what's made them sticky, but it's also a fact that nobody likes either of the big players.
I think it'd be short-sighted to say they'll win just because it's too hard to move. Technology (not just AI) has allowed for more integrations to be built, more easily. AI can be the accelerator but it's all about how it's used and how quickly the big players adjust.
That being said, Enterprise will likely always stay with salesforce
