Hey Prasid, this is something we’ve been working with marketing teams.
For some teams, it’s pretty straight forward like you mentioned - website visitor + marketing engagement (form signup + ebook download + webinar + newsletter) => update scores in CRM.
Sometimes it gets more complex with SDR touchpoints (email sequences, cold calls, lead status, etc.) and 3rd party signals (hiring, funding, recent news etc.)
