Lukas J. Here’s a template I’ve used in the past 👇🏾. This would serve as your overall framework and you’d adapt it based on the customer you are targeting and your business. Unique challenges and pain points could be researched using AI.

Hi {{First Name}},
{{Personalization}}
Wanted to reach out because I’d imagine it’s been extremely challenging {{Unique Challenge Faced by the Target Audience as it Relates to Bringing in New Customers}}.
I run an {{type of agency}} agency in the {{Niche/Industry}} space. We’ve been pretty successful at getting clients {{Specific Results}} without them {{Pain Point Your Solution Eliminates}}.
Opposed to me sending along more info?
Best,
P.S. - The last client we worked with {{result}}

Here’s a prompt I’ve used to get some really natural sounding icebreakers. This was a part of Make.com workflow hence the formatting: 👇🏾
Write an icebreaker—a one line, customized introduction—for a cold email campaign.
Use the provided data (from a Google search) as context.
Guidelines:
1. Your tone of voice should be “casual bar conversation” and very spartan. No fancy language.
2. Look for plausible (but vague) connections wherever possible.
3. Respond in JSON only. Use this format: {“icebreaker”:“”}
4. No exclamation points. No questions. Don’t be overly excited.
Example icebreaker:
“Hey Jamie,\n\Love the mission. Also believe strongly in what you talk about on your pod (small team sizes and minimizing meetings).”
