Hi all, Has anyone got any tips on any tools that can help write cold / marketing emails faster? I've used a few and all write quite poor emails that sound very salesy and like AI. Currently using a Claude project, but I still often find myself prompting a lot and doing a lot of edits. Any tips would be appreciated!
If you’ve got $600/month to spend, I’ve been using Amplemarket (https://www.amplemarket.com) for 6 weeks and it’s been pretty amazing. Great AI-generated copy and really solid signal creation & tracking. I promise I don’t work for them ;-)
Yes, https://www.twain.ai/ is my top choice for getting started instead of starting from scratch. It's very helpful in terms of the structure also.
Hi Lukas J., I’m writing to you from B2Brocket.ai. If you’re looking for advanced AI copy for outbound emails, LinkedIn messages, or AI voice calls, I believe our platform could be a great fit. We’ve recently introduced a knowledge center where you can upload up to 10,000 pages of data, including videos, slides, transcripts, and pitches. This allows our AI to learn directly from your unique communication style, ensuring personalized and non-generic content. While I admit I’m a bit biased, I consistently see the impressive results our clients achieve globally. I also use the platform daily, and it has significantly improved my outreach. For example, some clients even incorporate a personalized joke at the end of their cold emails, which, though sometimes corny, has proven to be quite effective. We are also about to launch a tool that researches your prospects, provides pitching strategies, and then drafts the email for you. AI is becoming incredibly sophisticated, and its capabilities are constantly expanding. Ok, this message is a bit pitchy, I admit, but the product does work. I’d be happy to schedule a demo with you or anyone interested and showcase our product. If you’re interested in learning more, please send me a DM.
Strictly speaking from email copy pov, no tool is as yet good. You need someone writing or at least editing these
I’d definitey suggest NOT having AI write the entire email. Create a framework that you’d use for all of your emails. Then have AI create a tailored response within that framework. For example instead of AI creating an entire line of personalization, instruct it to create a congratulatory message based on a recent achievement by your prospect. Hope that makes sense. Lukas J.
Examples: 1/ Given Study Fetch’s AI learning platform for students, have you thought how a User Behaviour Report for Growth Loops could help you boost engagement and retention rates significantly? 2/ Given OriGym’s fitness courses for aspiring trainers, have you thought how a User Behaviour Report for Growth Loops could help you boost course completion rates and student satisfaction? Lukas J. Here’s a template I’ve used in the past 👇🏾. This would serve as your overall framework and you’d adapt it based on the customer you are targeting and your business. Unique challenges and pain points could be researched using AI. ******* Hi {{First Name}}, {{Personalization}} Wanted to reach out because I’d imagine it’s been extremely challenging {{Unique Challenge Faced by the Target Audience as it Relates to Bringing in New Customers}}. I run an {{type of agency}} agency in the {{Niche/Industry}} space. We’ve been pretty successful at getting clients {{Specific Results}} without them {{Pain Point Your Solution Eliminates}}. Opposed to me sending along more info? Best, P.S. - The last client we worked with {{result}} *** Here’s a prompt I’ve used to get some really natural sounding icebreakers. This was a part of Make.com workflow hence the formatting: 👇🏾 Write an icebreaker—a one line, customized introduction—for a cold email campaign. Use the provided data (from a Google search) as context. Guidelines: 1. Your tone of voice should be “casual bar conversation” and very spartan. No fancy language. 2. Look for plausible (but vague) connections wherever possible. 3. Respond in JSON only. Use this format: {“icebreaker”:“”} 4. No exclamation points. No questions. Don’t be overly excited. Example icebreaker: “Hey Jamie,\n\Love the mission. Also believe strongly in what you talk about on your pod (small team sizes and minimizing meetings).”
