Especially legacy systems, but I've played with SF Agentforce and researching HubSpot's Smart CRM and Breeze, AI but Oracle, Microsoft, etc they're all racing to redefine CRM with AI. A start-up I did a financial services vertical launch with had a very cool MOS CRM in beta and this was pre-AI.
