Ai can't craft ‘cool’!
It's relevant in all aspects of sales. I've seen it uncover opportunities that wouldn't have been found. I've seen it identify a new prospect, coach objection handling and do a lot of task work to free up brain power on the things that drive measurable results.
But it lacks in areas where people are needed to make decisions on the fly, problem solve, be empathetic, and establish trust. Sales is not always transactional.
