How often does your demo environment break or have issues during a live prospect call?

Context: I'm a QA consultant exploring whether "automated demo smoke tests"
(test your demo in 2 min before every call, Slack alert if broken) is worth building.
Curious if this is a real pain or just me overthinking it.
