I've been the first employee in several early stage startups and SMB and felt that the hiring process rarely followed a professional structure, interview questions were generic and non-value add, and hiring decisions were gut decisions.
Wanted to build something to fix that and also learn a bit of no code (it’s all built with Bubble).
