Leon B. this is cool! My last team wanted to build automations through Salesforce + Outreach + manual enrichment to tackle the lag from SDR to touched lead (very early stage). I did advise a more automated approach with heavier enrichment down the line. Loving the integration of a more sophisticated tech stack that you have here!
