I think the technical skill gap between build vs use an existing solution is going to disappear When it comes to using these AI coding tools, you just need to start playing around, come up with some tools and be patient enough to stick around until you figure things out

If you want someone in your team to learn it, it might take up to 2-3 months to be decent

Not talking about the actual legit claygencies ofc

+ all the other providers are there as well. Learning curve for advanced workflows might be tough so I recommend working with a freelancer/ consultant but most of the people in the space are kinda faking it
