We’re running into an issue with HubSpot filtering and could use some help.
A lot of contacts entering our CRM have incorrectly formatted phone numbers (examples: +49 49 15…, +49 (0) 15…, etc.). To trace the source of the problem, we’ve been trying to build filters such as “Phone number contains +49 49” or “Phone number contains +49 (0).”
The problem is: HubSpot isn’t returning all the records that actually have these values — even though we can clearly see them in the contact list.
Has anyone else dealt with this? Is there a reliable way to filter for these kinds of variations, or is this a known bug/limitation in HubSpot filtering?
