Can't say "large" but I've been using LinkedIn for years for myself, my clients and even friends. My first company was a tech consulting firm and we generated around $600K in ARR from LinkedIn alone (the rest was upsells on exactly those deals).
Roughly speaking, in the last 6 months I've generated about 5M impressions across 3 different profiles (one is my own, one is a client and one a friend), which netted around 70 meetings approximately (I have closed nearly all of the meetings I got, can't say the same about my friend and the client but that's the next stage).
