Every industry has their own way of decrypting customer intents and actually tracking the lifecycle gets murkier as the customer lifecycle proceeds to the internal side. Actually it's simpler than that, I've tried to boil the ocean before so I'm bullish on small wins and getting to the 'aha' moment as fast as possible. Agentic technology is definitely transformative but I think getting to the ROI is the most important benchmark for AI/Agentic solutions. For that I'm targeting B2B compliance software providers and helping them process inbound leads by contact us and/or get a demo form. Current workflows looks like Rube Goldberg machine (regardless of industry), hoping to reduce the complexity for my fellow ADHD'rs on the revenue side 🫠
