Walking a version of this road myself,data/automation engineer who moved toward GTM. What's working for me isn't finding a mentor, it's running one narrow motion end to end on my own name [sourcing → enrichment → personalisation → send → replies, and publishing what breaks. The technical side you have is the rare half, most GTM people can't build. Pair it with reps in public and the conversations come to you. Happy to swap notes as someone at your stage +1.
