Hey everyone, with AI projects in the starting block everywhere, CRM management and data cleaning has never been so detrimental. Duplicates, poor data or a lack of data, might lead to a lot of time and money waste, and in the meantime you're not winning opportunities you should have won.
Question: what are your best practices and tools for CRM cleaning?
We're starting to have best-in-class tools when it comes to data enrichment, but what about data clean, standardization, and duplicates management? Is there any practice/tool you would recommend? I'm sure AI powered solutions can be really efficient, but I haven't seen much of them so far.
