Best Practices for CRM Data Cleaning and Management Tools
Hey everyone, with AI projects in the starting block everywhere, CRM management and data cleaning has never been so detrimental. Duplicates, poor data or a lack of data, might lead to a lot of time and money waste, and in the meantime you're not winning opportunities you should have won. Question: what are your best practices and tools for CRM cleaning? We're starting to have best-in-class tools when it comes to data enrichment, but what about data clean, standardization, and duplicates management? Is there any practice/tool you would recommend? I'm sure AI powered solutions can be really efficient, but I haven't seen much of them so far. Happy to discuss 🙂
