[Outreach & HubSpot]
Does anyone know how to create the integration between HubSpot and Outreach, similar to the integration between Outreach and Salesforce?
We have Outreach.io integrated with HubSpot through the HubSpot out-of-the-box integration, and I'm having a hard time making with work efficiently when it comes to records sync
The core features we are missing are:
Automatic Data Sync with fewer restrictions
Contacts, Companies, and Deals sync seamlessly between Outreach and HubSpot.
To prevent sync delays, I had to create restricted Contact sync rules in HubSpot, which limit the Sales team's prospecting capabilities.
Changes made in HubSpot are reflected immediately in Outreach
Because of restricted rules when the Contact Owner is updated in HubSpot, it is not automatically updated in Outreach
Whenever I need to map a new custom field, HubSpot restarts the full sync, delaying all the queued
So, a record sync that would take minutes ends up taking hours
As Outreach Everywhere is not compatible with HubSpot, there is no easy way to push records to be created or updated
