- curious to how you’re surfacing subscription info in HubSpot to drive CS processes (renewals, expansions..)
Context: we use Chargebee for quotes/subscription management (may explore their CPQ - do not use HS quotes) + getting Hubspot Service Hub. We just want the right way to mirror subscription data into HubSpot for CS visibility + reporting.
For example, some approaches I'm thinking of:
Line Items → attach product/plan info to deals (though feels clunky as on a deal level)
Custom Subscription object → sync from Chargebee (plans, add-ons, renewal dates, status) and link to Company/Deal.
👉 Has anyone tried either of these? What’s worked well or not? Any gotchas to watch out for?
