I've spent most of my career in sales within the SaaS, benefits, and healthcare tech spaces. I enjoy building genuine relationships and helping clients navigate complex solutions to find what truly works for them. Recently, I was part of a company-wide reduction in force.
One of my strengths is opening doors and initiating conversations with C-level executives. I focus on understanding their strategic priorities and aligning solutions that address their specific challenges.
In addition to my sales background, I'm well-versed in a growing trend in employee benefits: Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangements (ICHRAs). These arrangements allow employers to reimburse employees for individual health insurance premiums and qualified medical expenses, offering a flexible alternative to traditional group health plans. While I don't sell these benefits, I'm always happy to share insights and answer questions about how they work.
