The question is not in how to build an agent. The question is do you REALLY need and AI agent? I just read an article today in this regard. The point is that many teams and companies want an ai agent just because… we’ll, everybody “needs” them. But in fact, they just need a small simple automation that can be done with a small script or a bot. First, the team need to formulate: why do they need an agent? And then they can understand the real scope of responsibilities.

Nice Well, I agree about hard boundaries. By "overwhelming" I mean it contains lots of helpful hubs, but small teams can use just some of them. But maybe you're right about being ready to define the use case

Pat H. HubSpot can be a bit overwhelming for small teams, IMHO:) Just out of curiosity - what hubspot tools do you use more often?

What are your results, can someone share the details please? I'm using Apollo too, but I'm doing it manually to write personalized emails (still no replies though). So maybe personalization does not matter:)
