I'm curious if anyone would be willing to provide some insight for a quick pulse check on their cold-calling benchmarks & setup..
I’m running B2B outbound in Clay. Email first, then calls triggered by engagement—but I’m seeing <1% live connects, and many answers are wrong numbers. In past roles my connect/booking rates were much higher, and I’m managing number health (rotating numbers, low dials per #, etc.).
My questions are:
What current benchmarks are you happy with (connect rate, pickup rate, call→meeting)?
What calling approach is working? (Cadence, time of day, etc)
Has anyone else noticed a drop from carrier/Apple spam filtering in the last year?
