Hey everyone! I’m Rathees — Founder & Creative Director at DesignXchange, a small design & development studio from Tamil Nadu, India.
I’m based around Udumalpet, Tamil Nadu, but most of my work happens online with people from different places.
I started out in computers, somehow ended up in customer support, then fell into UI/UX and eventually decided to build my own thing. Now I’m building DesignXchange around product design, branding, websites, and increasingly AI-native workflows.
I joined RevGenius because I’m trying to get much better at the business side of what I do — sales, positioning, getting better clients, building relationships, and learning from people who are already doing it at a much higher level.
I’m especially interested in meeting other founders, designers, builders, and revenue folks who are figuring things out as they go. Always happy to exchange ideas, collaborate, or just have a good conversation.

For fun: I’m usually designing something, experimenting with AI tools, overthinking a website, or randomly starting a new project at 2 AM.
Dream destination: Honestly… anywhere with good food, interesting people, and a laptop-friendly corner.
