I'll refrain from submitting a notice about this website to the FCC as long as you agree to adjust your business practice. Every willful violation of robocalling (TCPA) is $1500 (per call).
suggest reading TCPA in the US and Canada (and most G20 nations) has a similar regulatory practice - using AI to place and speak on calls is robocalling therefore must have prior express consent (opt-in) therefore cannot be cold calling.
It's illegal to use AI to place calls in the US and most g20 nations without prior express consent (therefore: it's essentially illegal to have AI place cold calls and speak on cold calls, it falls under robocalling legislation)
most will tell you to rotate phone numbers every 80 dials, but ideally you have the same set of numbers you retain for a long time and rotate every 8 dials between them, with no more than 70 calls per number per day.
this article goes pretty deep:

love it; worth pointing out that it can't take cold calling (at least not in g20) - Shuvrajit M. those AI SDRs in your post doing "cold calling" I'm sure y'all have sent them some warnings? 😉
also legality on calling - a click is not technically an opt-in, many regions restrict AI calling (robocalling) without an opt-in ("prior express consent")
