Hi RevGenius! Since July, we've been sharing one La Growth Machine skill a week. To close the series, here's the full picture: put together, these skills cover every step of outbound, from picking the right accounts to answering the lead who replied. At every step, AI does the analysis. You still make the call. Next week, we're taking those 3 steps live, one per day, with The Swarm (Tuesday), Warmly (Wednesday) and Yalc (Thursday). 30 min, 12pm ET and 100% free. Sign up here 👉 lgm.rocks/6is Hope to see you there! 🙏
Hey folks! 😉 Last skill of the quarter, and it fixes something that's always bugged me: a campaign at 12% reply rate and $0 in deals looks like a win on most dashboards, right next to one at 4% reply that closed 8 deals worth $40k. So teams scale the one that makes nothing and cut the one that actually works. Campaign Impact Analyzer fixes that! 👉You give it your deals (HubSpot live or CSV) and your campaigns (La Growth Machine live or export), it matches every deal back to the campaign that generated it, and hands each one a verdict, Continue / Stop / Adapt / Investigate, with the actual numbers behind it. Nothing gets changed automatically, it just gives you the real ranking before you decide what to scale. Skill's here, test it & give me your feedbacks! Do you rank your campaigns by reply rate, or by what they actually make?
Hey everyone 😉 Tomorrow La Growth Machine is hosting a free webinar with Apify, live, at 11AM EDT The question we're digging into: is a self-filling pipeline actually real, or just a good story GTM tools tell to sell more seats? Our CEO Brice is going head to head with Apify's team on it live, and we're taking every question from the chat as we go. 👉 It's free, a few spots left 👈
Hey folks! 😉 Quick gut check: when's the last time you actually checked your ICP against deals you won, not just the persona doc sitting in Notion? New skill from my team at La Growth Machine this week: Won-Deal ICP Finder. Feed it your biggest closed-won deals from the past 12 months (HubSpot, Attio, Airtable via MCP, or a plain CSV, no account needed either way), and it clusters the top ones into 2-4 named archetypes ranked by value, plus which channels actually generated that revenue, not just which ones logged the most deals. You're still the one who decides if an archetype matches what you thought your ICP was. Nothing gets sent or changed automatically, it just tells you if you've been right, or if you've been chasing the wrong accounts. 👉 Skill's here 👈 test it and let me know what you think! How often does your team actually go back and check the ICP against what you've actually closed?
Hey everyone! 😉 Shipping a new Claude skill from La Growth Machine (where I work) this week: Reply Draft Assistant. Here's the thing about outbound nobody puts in the pitch: the reply is where the work actually starts. The "yes, I'm interested" ones get handled in minutes because they're "easy". The objections and the "not sure, tell me more" ones take real thought to answer well without sounding pushy, so they sit at the bottom of the inbox and go cold... you know the drill. What the skill does: it reads the full thread, figures out what's actually being asked (objection, curiosity, wrong fit, auto-reply, genuinely interested), and drafts an answer written the way that specific lead talks, not a generic template. You're still the one deciding what actually goes out. A few details that matter:
No LGM account needed, paste a thread or a CSV export and it drafts from that
With the MCP connected, it pulls straight from your inbox or a campaign and can send the approved reply natively, in the original thread
Every draft gets a self-check before you see it: one question max, zero marketing-speak
Skill's here, curious what you'd change or what's missing for how you actually work replies. How does your team currently handle the replies that aren't a clean yes or no?
Hey! 😉 I've got something cool to share today. Disclaimer: my company, La Growth Machine, built it, but I'd genuinely love feedback from experts like you, I think it can make life easier for anyone managing a team that prospects. Do you ever look at your team's stats and see a reply rate that looks fine overall... but you have zero idea who's actually converting behind it? One rep booking meetings on a sequence, another burning the exact same leads right next to them, and you only find out when the pipeline numbers land. Too late to fix anything by then. We shipped a Claude skill for that: Team Performance Dashboard. It ranks every rep on what actually matters, reply rate/acceptance/conversion/pipeline value, not who sent the most messages. It also catches replies showing buying intent that nobody followed up on before they go cold, and looks at what your best campaigns are doing differently so you can fix the ones that aren't. Btw, if you're on LGM, it runs straight off your live data, no CSV involved. You still decide who to coach and on what, Claude just surfaces the gap. 💡You can also have it rerun every Monday before your pipeline review. Skill's here if you want to test it => break it, tell me what's missing! How do you coach your team, gut feeling or data?
Hey! At La Growth Machine, we're shipping a new Claude skill every week this quarter. The skill itself isn't the interesting part, what it saves you on a Monday is. A dozen campaigns running, and you can't tell what actually needs you first. Weekly Performance Advisor fixes that: Claude reads your live LGM data, decides what needs you today, and tells you why. It builds a two-tab dashboard:
To do: your replies ranked by urgency, call requests first, plus only the campaigns that genuinely need a fix, with the reason and the copy to rewrite.
Performance: this week versus last, and each channel's health at a glance.
Nothing here is fixed for you. You approve, edit, or ask Claude to narrow it to one channel, add a teammate's identity or rebuild it automatically every Monday. Playbook's here if you want to test it Break it, tell me what's missing, happy to hear what you think!
Hey everyone! I work at La Growth Machine, so yes, this is me talking about my own company's product. Feel free to side-eye me for it, but I think this one's genuinely useful and I'd actually love this community's take on it. Short version: LGM just launched an MCP and along with it a weekly series of Claude skills. First one's live ➡️ Sales Nav Search Builder You describe your ICP in plain English, something like "senior RevOps at B2B SaaS companies in EMEA, 50-500 employees, on HubSpot, changed jobs in the last 90 days", and it hands you back a ready-to-click Sales Navigator search. Title booleans, filters, noise exclusions (fractional, freelance, intern) already built in. Connect the MCP to an LGM account and it goes one step further: it checks your active campaigns first so you're not resurfacing leads you're already prospecting, then drops the audience straight into your workspace. No CSV in sight. Free, open source, works even without an LGM account: lagrowthmachine.com/gtm-playbooks/sales-nav-search-builder Next ones coming, one a week:
Won-Deal ICP Finder: your closed-won deals, your proven ICP, and the channel that actually generated them
Campaign Impact Analyzer: crosses your campaigns with your CRM, ranks by pipeline generated instead of reply rate
Reply Draft Assistant: sorts through replies on your active campaigns and drafts the right response per lead
Here's where I need you though: we built these use cases with our own data and our own blind spots. If you test it, tell me what breaks. And more than anything, what's the one use case you wish someone would package for you? The annoying thing you rebuild by hand eeevery week? Best ideas, we'll actually build them 😉
Hello everyone! AI is revolutionizing sales, and outbound in particular. At La Growth Machine, creating our own campaigns used to take us ~6 hours to setup: identifying the right audience, create the perfect segmentation, identifying the pain we want to tackle in the campaign, write the copy, etc. Thanks to AI, this whole process can now be reproduced in less than 1 hour, without quality drop. Join us tomorrow at 5pm 👉 Brice (CEO) will guide you through the exact process he's using to achieve such performances, sharing the tools & process you can use to reproduce it on your own campaigns lgm.rocks/ulb
Hey everyone! 🙂 La Growth Machine and Aircall are going live tomorrow (25/06) at 4pm BST. Cold calling doesn't fail because it's dead. It fails because you're calling too early, without signal, without context. We'll show you how to fix that in 45 min flat. 100% free, live playbook included, replay available for all registrants 👉 lgm.rocks/h5c
